As I was browsing last night on friendster, I bump into a friend I once had at college time. She was one of my great friends which we would hang around at clases, lunches and even go to shopping mall. We share stories and our relationship with each other. Soon, we both ended up in melbourne but yet problems occured. She was with a bf which was strongly wrong. Even all the trouble her bf and herself cause to me, I was never angry with her, but i guess at the last straw, how she abandon a dog due to her "problems", i was very disappointed with her. Very disappointed with her.

The dog was in hunger, dirtyness, and was with her "crazy" bf. I remember that morning my ex annd another friends bf brought the dog (a jack russel) back to my place. She stinks and was scared and hungry. My this gf who was in malaysia, true to say was in a lot of deep shit but yet she sounded less concern of the dog.

In life, how many couples got a dog due to want to act as daddy mummy and when the relationship dies, the poor animal goes with a "question mark". Many were abandon with dog shelters. Or to be hastely given to other "friends" of theirs.

In life, how many adults got a dog due to their little kids wants a "puppy" but not knowing it would grow into a DOG. Puppy loses it cuteness and there the kids lost his/her interest to the animal. Dad and mum has to continue to clean and feed the dog, but yet have no time to play with the dog. Dogs get lonely and sad but hey, say thank god at least the animal got a shelter and food some say, but yet, if as human, we got food and shelter but no love and care, how we would feel?

Too many examples of dogs been neglected. Too many stories of dogs being abandon. So to say, at my own house in maalysia, the scenario occurs. Due to selfishness and stubborness of some old people, dogs get chain until their neck are swollen; dogs get chain until they strangled themselves; dogs got skin infections; pregnant dogs that were too old and died due to unable to fully give birth; dogs that were poison by snakes. dogs due to were locked out of their usual cage and got rain for dogs and died; some which we don't even know the reasons of why they died. the maids just say: just died and we don't know why.

We have dogs that were locked up in a cage all the time. Even breeds with certificates gets locked up too. Pomerarions that fur were not comb at all but treated as a normal short hair mutt dog.

Is there something I can do? No. There isn't. Due to politics, due to the house does not belong to me, due to that the dogs isn't on how ground to speak up for.

As for my little one, is given special treatment. However yet due to she is an indoor dog and her cage is my "room", but so i am lucky to have a maid that have a better heart, but once her contract ends, then how? Would the other maid be as careful as this one? Words all said, I feel that I failed my little one, and her other siblings.

God, forgive me for I have sin - I have sin that I did not do my best to be kind and help those poor animals that I hear and see about which are lonely and ill-treated.
